Lease Details

Renters are responsible for All utilities (Gas, electric, Water, Sewage, and trash) including their network connections, Grass Mowing, damages (except maintenance needed and will be subjected to inspection), and violations, Renters Insurance, Cleaning. (Cleaning charges may be deducted if not cleaned by the renter).

Restrictions: No smoking policy inside the house, (the deposit will not be returned if smoking smell, hints, or traces are found). No weaponry equipment/s, No substance of abuse.

Pet Policy: This rental lease allows pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $200 and a monthly pet rent of $100 per pet. The tenant is responsible for any damages caused by their pet and must keep the pet under control at all times. The landlord reserves the right to require the removal of the pet if it becomes a nuisance to other tenants or causes damage to the property. The tenant must provide proof of current vaccinations and valid licenses for their pets. Violation of any pet-related rules may result in the termination of the lease.

Facilities: Water softener usage needs salt, hence, its the renters responsibility to refill the salt every 2-3 months or as directed.

Lawn Maintenance: Lawn cutting will be renters responsibility.

(Moving can be arranged but will be charged extra upon discussion)

Physical Damage: Any physical damage to appliances & home will be renters responsibility (except natural weather damage). Such damages can be from renters insurance or agreed mode of payment. (Proof of renters insurance is a must.
