RENTER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum lease terms: 2 months
Maximum lease terms: up to 3 months, then month-to-month

SCREENING & APPLICATION PROCESS AFTER ACCEPTED PRE-APPROVAL

3. Sign Lease
Proof of income required from employment during lease term including contract and/or paystubs
- If housing is paid by employer, insurance company or other entity, proof of per diem/stipend is required in the application. Otherwise, the gross monthly income is three times (3x) the rent which is $3,900.
Pets: One (1) dog only, 25lbs or less, a $250 non-refundable fee is required
Application fee: $55 (may be deducted from security deposit for traveling professionals with strong references, qualified employment contract and verification)
Our lease agreement requirements are executed by Avail - an online rental management platform. By booking, you agree to complete a rental application and the lease agreement requirements on the Avail platform.
All staying guest(s) or renters over the age of 18 years old must submit a copy of their government issued ID, connect via a Zoom call to get acquainted, complete an application, review and sign a lease agreement.
*The whole application and leasing process must be complete at least one (1) week before the move-in date.

HVAC: Since the system controls the entire property, there is no thermostat available to make adjustements. Its currently set per the electric companys seasonal recommendation and should keep you feeling comfortable whether its cool or warm outside. Please note: We cannot guarantee you a refund solely based on the inability to control the thermostat. If you have any issue with the temperature, please reach out and well work with you to make adjustments.
Mail: We cannot accept the delivery of the tenants mail. Package deliveries are permitted. The tenant may utilize USPS solution, General Delivery.
