No dogs are allowed. Visiting pets are not allowed.
No smoking on the premises or in the apartment home.
Free off-street parking.
Steps to apply and charges:
1. Submit a fully signed Agreement to Enter into Lease
2. Screening fee of $25 per resident due online at time of application (all residents must be screened).
3. Holding fee $450 (which becomes part of the total Security Deposit upon lease start date). Holding fee is not refundable if applicant cancels move in for any reason.
4. Security Deposit and Pet Deposit are refundable. Pet deposit (one cat only) is $450.
5. Paystubs for the last 30 days. Verifiable proof of income required is 3 x the rent amount.
6. Landlord's reference should be verifiable and positive.
7. Credit score required 650 minimum required. Score 650-680 requires deposit of last month’s rent.
8. Comprehensive screening criteria is provided to all prospective residents prior to applying.
9. Due by the lease start date:
9.a - Prorated rent amount
9.b - The remainder of Security Deposit
9.c - The non-refundable admin fee.
9.d - pet deposit (with required documentation of pet license, vaccinations, spaying/neutering),
9.e - copy of your Renter’s Liability Insurance for the unit you are moving-in citing “Green Lake 5” as “Additionally Insured” with a coverage of $100,000 minimum.
10. The resident pays Utility Systems for their water/sewer and trash service. The resident pays Seattle Light for electricity.
