Hello. If you have any questions please let me know. Since there is one other (besides myself) living in the house, all visitors must be approved by the landlord. There are no illegal drugs, marijuana, smoking, or alcohol allowed on the premises. ANY BREACH OR SUSPICION OF SUCH BEHAVIOR WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION. Please note, a holistic approach is used when reviewing an application. The more information you provide the better. Applications should be filled out honestly, even if there are parts one is not particularly proud of. There are many factors that are considered when approving potential tenants.

This should go without saying, but a high degree of hygiene should be practiced (daily showers, teeth, deodorant, etc)- keep your living space tidy (weekly vacuuming, sweeping, wiping down high touch surfaces, laundry, etc)- and maintain cleanliness of common spaces (living room, kitchen, bathroom). The space is owned by the landlord, so please respect the spaces being inhabited. There are room checks by landlord and/or maintenance, so failure to adhere to the expectations will result in additional charges.

Communication is key. I am flexible and accommodating, but please do not disrespect or take my kindness for weakness. I enjoy providing a safe space for individuals to tentatively call home!
