Dec 2024 to April 9, 2025, have been rented.
The owner covers waste management and HOA dues, including landscaping services, Lifestyle Center access, gas, water, internet, and a monthly electrical bill allowance of $300 to offset the cost of heating the pool and spa. The tenant is responsible for paying any electric bill exceeding $300 monthly. The entire house, except for storage cabinets in the garage and the owners closet in the hallway, will be accessible to tenants.
The rent is $6,500 for Oct-Nov A security Deposit of $2,500.00 is required. With the owners approval, a maximum of two dogs will be permitted with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 per pet. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $300.00
