The Space:

The entire back of the house has windows that span the living and dining area. Enjoy the beautiful views looking directly onto the marina and many sailboats.

The chef wont feel excluded while cooking family meals, because the fully-stocked kitchen is open to the main living area. Two second floor bedrooms provide sleeping for 6, complete with a King size bed and flatscreen TV in the 2nd bedroom and plenty of room for the kids in the 3rd bedroom bunk room.
Guest bathroom offers storage and space for everyone, and additional accommodations available with double size sleeper sofa.
Enjoy breath-taking sunsets from the many patios, balconies and porches this home provides and additional outdoor games and kayaks available for your leisure days. Onsite parking inside the two car-garage or driveway. Know that your home will feel comfortable as a brand new cooling system has been installed.

Needed a comfortable place for a nearby work project. Clean and quiet, slept well. House is well stocked. Marina view is wonderful.
Wonderful stay at this house. The convenience of having your boat outside of your house is a great perk and the house was perfect for our needs. The beautiful balconies overlooking the water is an excellent spot for an evening sunset at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked for every need and the house has plenty of towels and linens as needed. We will be renting again for sure!

This was a great getaway for our 2 families. Although we wanted something on the beach, this home was exactly what we needed. The kids fished in the canal and even caught some hard heads. The house has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!!!
