Prior year’s tax returns or bank statements may be used on a case-by-case basis. ONLY TAXABLE, VERIFIABLE INCOME WILL BE CONSIDERED.

• Deposit (equal to rent) must be paid in full within 24 hours to secure the property. The first application that is approved with a security deposit paid in full will secure the property in the cases of multiple applicants.

• This is a drug-free and smoke-free home.

• Minimum 12-month lease.
