I have a cute and clean bedroom available for a female with shared bath in a newly constructed home. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, your choice. The bath is shared with one other female roommate. The kitchen is big and open with all the necessary cooking gadgets to prepare meals. I have 2 refrigerators so there is plenty of space for everyone and everything. The laundry room is right off the kitchen in its own little space. There is a 2 car garage for either a car or some extra storage. The house is open concept with high ceilings. Common spaces are clean, roomy and bright. There is a nice covered patio and fenced in yard. I have 2 silly dogs that reside here. They mostly hang out in my room sleeping or sunning themselves in the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The vibe at the house is friendly, helpful and peaceful.
