The condo sits on the 4th floor and is 785sqft. The condo has hardwood floors and gigantic windows.

This unit faces East, which has two huge benefits over the Western facing units: (1) its much cooler and not shielded from the baking afternoon sun- and (2) no highway noise which runs by the other side of the building. Also, facing East, it has a panoramic view towards the Berkeley/Oakland hills.

If you are not familiar with Emeryville, you may want to check out the website for the Emery-Go-Round - its Emeryvilles *free* bus shuttle service. There is a stop out front of the Pacific Park Plaza building, the BART station, and many other useful places.

For those who work in SF, there is a Transbay Muni / AC Transit bus stop directly in front of the building as well. The bulk of the people in the building commute to SF for work each day, and 15% of the population of Emeryville live in this tower, so theyve made it very easy to get back and forth to SF. There is also an AC Transit bus to MacArthur BART, Downtown Oakland, and UC Berkeley.

With regards to safety, the building has 24/7 security. There is a secured garage and they drive past your car 24x per day in their little security golf carts. The building has a front desk that controls access of people entering and exiting. All guests must check-in with the front desk.

One uncovered space in the garage is included. Unlimited uncovered spaces are available for second cars or guests in a rear lot for that purpose. If you wish to rent a covered space, there are always some available for rent by other building residents (priced from $50-150/mo).
