The security deposit is a good faith deposit to hold the property and must be received in order lock the property in for your stay. It then becomes your damage security during your stay and returned once the home is inspected after you move out . The security deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel, unless a new tenant is found and rents in your place.
For stays of six months or more - call for price, terms: 1st, last and security equal to the month's rent (3x rent amt), application fee and a pet security if pets are allowed.
