To qualify for this home the tenants must be able to give (3) years of verifiable rental history from unbiased/unrelated sources. Verifiable income

must be (3) times the stated monthly rent. Applicant must provide us with information necessary to verify income resources trough employer contact,

pay stubs, tax records and or bank statements. Income must be reasonably

stable and not temporary. Good to excellent credit, two plus years on the same job, no evictions. Each person over the age of 18 must qualify on their own. Deposit is subject to strength of the application.
