I am currently renting out 1 room in my 4 bedroom home. This bedroom is the first bedroom at the top of the stairs on the right. All utilities are included in the rent, which includes, Gas, Electricity, and High speed Internet. I have a hot tub in backyard, as well as a Traeger Smoker BBQ. Bedroom is provided unfurnished. I offer one bedroom for only one person per room, above the age of 18 years old. I am sorry because I do not accept couples nor pets.
