Efficiency Apartment - The Efficiency Apartment provides open concept living with a kitchenette area, a living area, and a sleeping area. The apartment comes fully furnished at no extra charge, but is also available without furniture if you wish to bring your own.

The living & bedroom area furniture includes:

• a full-sized bed (mattress and box springs on a bed frame)

• a chest of drawers

• a loveseat

• a lamp on an end table

• a TV on a TV stand

• a small dinette table with 2 chairs

The kitchenette area comes with:

• a small counter-top sized refrigerator

• a microwave.

(Tenants in the efficiency apartments often bring a couple of other small kitchen appliances of their own such as a crock pot, a toaster oven, or a small electric grill in order to be able to cook a wide variety of foods in their studio apartment.)

All utilities are included with the rent: electric, water, sewer, and trash. The Landlord also includes a Dish TV package with a wide variety of channels in addition to the local channels.
