Amenities included: central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom with all the essentials (shampoo, conditioner body wash, mouthwash) and laundry down the hall. Before electricity and refrigeration, ice was an important industry in the Hudson Valley. Not only did MOST of it come from Rockland Lake, but was considered to be the BEST in the WORLD. Rockland Lakes pure and naturally blue spring-water ice was peddled from NYC pushcarts and lavished on beverages of the wealthy at the Ritz and the Waldorf. They would settle for nothing less.
We just may be the last source of that historically exquisite water. Our home is 100% spring water fed. It is drawn crystal clear from 25 feet below the earth. .. and yes, its blue.
Imagine filling your bathtub with bottle after bottle of Poland Springs or Fiji spring water... because here, we bathe in Spring Water, we brush our teeth with Spring Water... we even wash our car and dogs with it! Bring your own 5 gallon bottles and load up. We dont mind.
The jaw dropping end-to-end view of the lake and mountain range from our 40-foot long shared deck only gets better from the upstairs bedrooms.

The neighborhood is a walker - runner - bikers paradise. Congers Lake is within walking distance and also features a great walking trail and its often filled with thousands of white swans.
Five minutes away, the Palisades Mall one of the largest in the nation, offers a mind boggling shopping experience, an extensive food court and physical experiences such as a five-story tall ropes course, one of the highest in the world (and a mini one for tykes).
Were pet friendly here. The town offers two dog parks a short walk away and our house features a custom pet feeding station in the kitchen and a one-of-a-kind little dog bathtub in the laundry!
