Its the small quiet bedroom that for 10 years we called the Tranquility Pavillion. It features a soaring 12-foot ceiling, a lunette window, a large closet and storage ottoman. We finished out the meditative vibe with a set of 40 hertz gamma lights that the science suggests may just prompt your brain to clean itself. Last but not least, it is the home of a Human Touch motorized massage chair. It works quietly but will knead your body from foot to shoulders into a state of Tranquility.
Shared Amenities included: central air, central heat, our 40-foot long lakeside deck with ample seating, fire table and barbecue grill, dishwasher, hardwood floors, top of the line stainless steel appliances, the kitchen has miles of Glassos countertop space and an additional Glassos peninsula (a nice informal work space), and a heated floor, bathrooms are all updated and contain all the essentials (Shampoo, conditioner body wash, mouthwash), the laundry is in next room, again, theres that Human Touch reclining massage chair, 12 ft. cathedral ceiling, Lunette window, and smart TV with ROKU. Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water. Is pet friendly. Rockland Lakes pure and naturally blue spring-water ice was peddled from NYC pushcarts and lavished on beverages of the wealthy at the Ritz and the Waldorf. They would settle for nothing less.
We just may be the last source of that historically exquisite water. Our home is 100% spring water fed. It is drawn crystal clear from 25 feet below the earth. .. and yes, its blue.

The neighborhood is a walker - runner - bikers paradise. Congers Lake is within walking distance and also features a great walking trail and its often filled with thousands of white swans.
Five minutes away, the Palisades Mall one of the largest in the nation, offers a mind boggling shopping experience, an extensive food court and physical experiences such as a five-story tall ropes course, one of the highest in the world (and a mini one for tykes).
Were pet friendly here. The town offers two dog parks a short walk away and our house features a custom pet feeding station in the kitchen and a one-of-a-kind little dog bathtub in the laundry!
