Very comfortable layout with large living room, spacious bedroom and huge bathroom. The living room has two comfortable couches, smart TV, large picture windows (perfect spot to watch the wild parrots munch on peppercorns in the Spring!), and a deep wall to wall closet. The kitchen is off the living room and has pocket doors, dining space, electric stove, and full sized refrigerator. The bedroom has a queen bed, huge closets, ceiling fan, black out curtains, and a large dresser. Oversized bathroom has a vanity, sink, and shower/tub. Hardwood floors throughout and great natural light.
Private washer/dryer under the exterior stairs. Sorry absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed. Utilities above $100 per month to be charged to tenant.
Located in the best part of North Park! Only 5 blocks to restaurants, cafes, and breweries. Two blocks to Bird Park (with free summer concerts and great sunset views) and a mile from Morley Field with hiking trails, tennis courts, and a pool. Central location with easy beach, airport and freeway access.
Three month minimum stay. We do not lease for less than 90 days. Long term lease not available.
