A small cooking area with a countertop burner can be provided outside, near the entry of the unit. There is centralized heating/cooling with a separate thermostat in the unit. An onsite, non-coin operated laundry facility is provided and shared with one other unit. Tenant provides their own internet access- however, the service and cost may be shared with the unit next door. Street parking only (mind the street signs). No pets or smoking. This rental is close to services, shops, public transportation, and freeways. Centrally located to schools, CSUN, Pierce College, and LAVC. Easy access to Burbank and LAX airports (a 7-minute drive to LAX FlyAway). We are looking for a clean, conscientious, and courteous tenant.
