An onsite, non-coin operated laundry facility is provided and shared with one other unit. Tenant provides their own internet access- however, the service and cost may be shared with the unit next door. Street parking only (mind the street signs). No pets or smoking. This rental is close to services, shops, public transportation, and freeways. Centrally located to schools, CSUN, Pierce College, and LAVC. Easy access to Burbank and LAX airports (a 7-minute drive to LAX FlyAway). We are looking for a clean, conscientious, and courteous tenant. Rent is $1,250.00/month (total move-in cost is $2,500.00, first month’s rent plus security deposit). Priced for single occupancy. One-year lease required.
