Failure to meet the above requirements can be considered as a denial factor, including:
- Lack of proof of income.
- Falsification of income.
- Failure to meet income requirements.
- Insufficient credit standing or financial responsibility.
- A bad report from a former landlord of the prospective tenant.
- Too many people for the residence.
- Unwillingness of the new tenant to accept the terms of the rental agreement.
- Unacceptable tenants pets.
- Tenants proposed commercial activity.
