Clean, well maintained 5bedroom 2 bath house in a great family friendly neighborhood. Close to airport, downtown and all amenities and attractions. Looking for a good tenant who can keep our house clean and treat it with respect.
We have naturally occurring no maintenance fresh fruits (grapes, cherries) in the backyard.
Washer, dryer(new- purchased and installed in July 2023) and dishwasher available within the house. Brand new central air conditioner(May 2023) installed in the house.
Rental details:
Flexible month to month lease.
First, last month and security deposit required to move in ($6900).
1 month notice required before moving out.
Tenant pays for all utilities.
Rent due by the 5th of each month.
No smoking or drugs allowed on the property.
Must maintain the yard in a clean,well-maintained manner.
Renter is responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal. Failure to do so will be notified and tenant is given one week to remedy the problem. Failure to do so may result in professional service being hired at the expenses of Renter.
No subleasing.
Before moving in, the following information would be required for landlord check:
1) Name of all tenants living in the house.
2) Employer name, phone number, email.
3) A copy of government issued ID.
4) 3 recent paystubs.
