There is a large yard that the tenant(s) will be responsible for maintaining, as well as any shrubbery on the property. A one (1) year lease will be required & all tenant(s) 18 and older must carry renters’ insurance. One (1) qualified pet will be allowed with an additional security deposit and pet rent. NO SMOKING! We MAY still rent to an individual that does not fully qualify in one or more area listed above, but will require an individual security deposit due to the increased risk. The additional security requirements will be determined on an individual basis.
