The kitchen comes fully stocked and equipped and each room has a ceiling fan and blinds for privacy.

The entire home sits on a private large lot and is completely fenced in and the driveway is gated, so perfect and safe for those traveling with children or dogs. In addition, the front yard and back deck are gated which allows for extra safety and year round coastal indoor and outdoor living.. Parking is available for 2 cars along the long driveway as well as plenty of street parking.

Every detail has been carefully crafted to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay, including all the gear you need for a fun day at the beach. You will find 2 surfboards, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, sand toys and a wagon to tote it all. The home is located just one block east of N Coast Highway 101 and about 0.4 miles from both Grandview Surf Beach and Beacon's Beach.

Grab some coffee, a smoothie or a bowl at the newly opened and locally owned Sip N Sea cafe just down the road and explore some of the other fun and unique spots to eat and drink along Coastal Highway 101.
