Holston View is Located right off Euclid Ave and Lee Highway in beautiful scenic downtown Bristol.
The rental cost includes pest control, lawn care, extra storage, maintenance, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Each unit has been fully remodeled and has newer appliances. The tenant is responsible for Electric, Gas, and Water. We use a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System to bill the water and trash back between all units, utilizing the home's square footage/bedroom number.
**Please Note: -We are not accepting Section 8 at this time. -We require a monthly income of 3X Rent for our applicants.**
Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to two pets under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $250 per pet and Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet per month.
Fees: - Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30 - Move In Fee - We charge a one-time Move-In fee. - We also require a Surety Bond through Surety bond, usually costing a one-time payment between $100 and $300. This fee is credit dependent.
Laundry: we have on-site coin-operated laundry areas available for tenant use.
Parking: Every Tenant is assigned at least one spot directly in front of their building. We have multiple guest parking and overflow parking areas on site for additional vehicles.
