**DISCLOSURES**

Application Fee: $50 for all applicants 18 and older and cosigners

Lease Term: 11 mo(depending on move in date)

Pet Policy: Cats allowed with additional security deposit of $350 and pet rent of $25

Insurance Policy: Renter's insurance required in the amount of $100,000 (not applicable for low income or with a federal housing subsidy)

Smoking Policy: Non-smoking unit

Upon approval, applicant is required to take possession of the unit within 2 weeks of the approval date OR the move-in ready date, whichever is last.

PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a “no pet” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. RESIDENT BENEFIT PACKAGE:

All Principle Property Management residents have the choice to be enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45.95/month which includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more!
