We have unfurnished rooms available in our upstairs area. They are roughly 13 by 11 sqft, all have with nice plush new grey carpet. All rooms have a fan and can lock from the inside only. One bathroom is shared amongst those upstairs. Big living area upstairs as well which is currently not furnished. Downstairs has a big open kitchen and living room and also has a new washer and dryer for laundry. All utilities will be included in the rent. We have high-speed internet and can upgrade if needed. We can work out schedules to see if a garage or driveway parking is feasible, if not then there is parking on the street.
We have two small dogs that are strictly downstairs. We use a baby gate to cut them off from upstairs. Both are friendly and love cuddles but interaction with them is not necessary.
Desktop setup is not included in the one room.
