Three wall-mounted televisions are included, just bring your Netflix password! There is a covered porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Up to two small pets are permitted, there is a 25-pound weight limit per pet, a limit of two pets, and each pet will require payment of a non-refundable $300 pet fee. Breed restrictions apply. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside of this property.
Rent: $1,795. per month.
The rental rate includes all utilities: electric service, water, sewer, trash pickup, and internet.
Security deposit: $1,795.
Renters insurance is required.
The property is non-smoking.
Pets: Two pets maximum, cats or dogs, each weighing less than 25 lbs, breed restrictions apply.
