To start with, the 3rd floor deck provides you with a bird’s eye view of the surrounding beach and ocean! Loungers as well as table and chairs are available for you to soak in the sunshine while being seconds from the comforts of this condo! Grab your morning coffee and watch the sun rise, creating a kaleidoscope of colors across the morning sky for you to enjoy!
The living area right off your condo has a nice big flat screen TV for your entertainment and seating all around for you to kick back and relax after an amazing day of beach antics, sunshine and good times! And of course, more ocean views!
The Dining room is right next to the living area. The space is a nice, open layout so you can still see the sea while you enjoy a nice seafood dinner! There is additional seating at the bar also.
The kitchen is every cooks dream, with updates stainless steal appliances ready for you to wow the family with your textbook culinary creations! A great feature of the kitchen is that you are still very close to the dining and living area, allowing you to take care of everyone’s hunger while still being right there with everyone!
You will find two twin beds in the hallway for the kids, a neat feature that you don’t see every day that is a great use of space! The kidos will feel like they are tucked into their own little island with the beachy covers!
The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed for you to wind down after a day on the beach, by the pool, or exploring everything that Pleasure Island has to offer. Tuck away for a quiet evening with a movie on the wall mounted flat screen TV!
You’ll likely have an opportunity to witness the interesting aquatic phenomena of coquina rocks on the shoreline, especially evident at low tide in this area. These mounds of seashell and limestone form tiny pools and puddles of water, great for wading or lounging in your beach chair. Approach green coquina rocks with caution, those beauties are slippery business! This is a rare sight, specific to this area of Pleasure Island, so enjoy!
