Stay Awhile 6309-LP - Retreat to this spacious 2nd floor King Suite with Kitchenette. Kitchenette includes full refrigerator, microwave, sink, single burner stove, toaster and coffee. Ceiling fan in main area. No washer or dryer. Make sure to take a refreshing dip in the beautiful Laterra pool or just relax poolside as you watch the kids play or you read a good book. The pool is located right next door in the courtyard of the 955 building. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. And, while there is elevator access to this 2nd floor unit, it is not ADA compliant.
We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Cats must be declawed. No puppies. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. It is not calculated in the airbnb rate automatically. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. Service animals must be disclosed in advance.
On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests.
Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.
Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear.
