1. Application fee (Non-refundable) $50 per person (No fee for minors) towards background check. All minors names and ages including pets must be included in the application and Lease Agreement

2. NO PETS (Up to 2 Small Pets under 10 Lbs. are allowed with $500 Non-refundable deposit per pet and Monthly fee $50.00 per pet) must be included with monthly rent. Pet deposit will be waved for renewing the lease but monthly fee $50 per pet will be in effective.

3. Rent is due and deposited into the account provided within first 5 days of the month. If the 5th day falls on a weekend, the rent is due before the weekend or following business day of the week. (Auto Credit Reporting will be in effect for your benefit of maintaining good credit rating).

3. Guests staying more than 5 days must be reported to the owner or owners representative.

4. Tenant pays for all utilities (Water, Trash, Cable, Internet, Electricity & Gas)

5. Tenant maintains the dwelling clean and tidy Interior/Exterior. Maintain grass around the house with timely water and mowing.

6. Tenant is responsible to maintain clear of critters, squirrels & etc. animals, worms, wasps or bees.

7. Provide all City Officials, Owner or his/her Representative an immediate access for inspections for your safety, security and comfort.

8. Any appliance needing repair must be taken care of immediately by calling, scheduling the provided Appliance Warranty company and notify owner or owners representative of the issue and for service charge reimbursement.

9. NO SMOKING.
