There's also shared laundry and bike storage in the garage, also shared with one other unit.
Pet policy: One small dog up to 35 lbs
Smoking policy: No smoking anywhere on premises
Tenant pays gas and electric directly. Water, sewer, and garbage will be paid by owner and billed back to tenants. Owner pays for lawn care.
Security Deposit: You have the option of paying all applicable deposits by your move-in day, or using Lighthouse, a type of security deposit insurance, created to make your move-in more affordable and your move-out more convenient.
