Vintage Hide-a-way 6212-LP - Enjoy vacationing in this Queen Suite vintage hide-a-way! Spacious with wood tile floors. No carpet. Kitchenette has sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the great views of preserve and lagoon. Ceiling fan and smart TV with Comcast cable. Soak in some sun as you lounge by the amazing Laterra pool conveniently located next door in the courtyard of the 955 building. For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this unit has elevator access it is not ADA compliant.
We love animals but the owner is allergic, so we have a strict no pet policy. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval. For approval please go to www.igolfrealty/ [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Animals must be house trained. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended.
On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests.
Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.
Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear.
