I am looking for a roommate between the ages of 25-35 who is outgoing, friendly, and respectful to rent one of the rooms in my house near Trinity Groves. I have been renting rooms for over 5 years and can provide references / recommendations from prior and current roommates who have all enjoyed their time here and the benefit of a great house at a low cost.
I offer month-to-month-lease agreements as I understand life changes and I do not want to penalize someone for that. Although it is month-to-month- nearly all roommates stay for more than several years due to the great value comparison to renting a 1-bedroom apartment.
