ROOM #2: is 15 ft x 12.5 ft, is in the NE corner next to the bathroom and off the living room. It has a walk in closet.
RENT: $500/mo + $85/mo for all utilities including wifi. Sixth month Rooming House Lease.
IMPORTANT: Rooming house lease has house rules regarding tenant conduct and a required level of care and cleaning of the common spaces. This is community living for tenants who want to live in a positive community space and be respectful of the space and the diversity of the tenant group. No pets, no smoking, street parking only.
- To hold the unit while app is being processed: $200 holding deposit (25%)
- To apply:
$50 app fee - All tenants must submit applications. If income isn't 3x the rent and credit score above 600 (common for students) tenants must have co-signers.
$50 co-signer fee
- Once approved and lease is signed: Pre-pay First month's rent + $100 admin fee
