Qualification Requirements:
- Most recent bank statements to support our capital reserve criteria of 4x the rent
- Most recent paystub, W-2, or proof of income from the previous year to support our income criteria of 3x the rent
- Job offer letter accepted
- Minimum FICO score of 640+
- First Month's Rent and Security Deposit are required to move in
- Renter Insurance is required with a $300,000 liability with the landlord listed as an additional insured.
If you cannot meet all of the criteria, the landlord may consider co-signer or guarantor.
