Please stop by our open house on August 16th, 2023 between the hours of 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. EST.

This move in ready 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs duplex unit is available now for immediate occupancy. Pet friendly with $250 non-refundable pet deposit. No appliances. W/D hookups in shared basement.

Any potential applicants must meet our minimum gross income requirement of $2,800 per month to qualify. We are accepting vouchers at this time for this unit. Tenants are responsible for paying their own gas, electric, 1/3 of the total water/ sewer bills for the duplex, in addition to rent.

Please follow the steps below to complete our application process if you wish to move forward. You are not required to fill out an application prior to viewing the unit, nor are you required to fill out an application after you view the unit, only if you wish to move forward.

All of our units are available on a " First Come, First Serve Basis," any applications that have been submitted in full will be approved or denied in the order in which they were received.

To be an approved applicant, we require you to:

1.) Complete your application through our website/pay the $45 fee. We will review your rental and criminal history, for any felonies or evictions that have occurred in the last 10 years, in addition to verifying your income to confirm your eligibility to rent this unit.

2.) Provide proof of your identity and income. The minimum monthly gross requirement must be met by the sole applicant or by combining all applicable incomes in the household. All income earners must provide proof of their income, along with a government issued photo ID to complete our income verification process.

Please let us know when you have completed our application process. We will reach out to you within 24 hours to let you know if you have been approved.

If the unit accepts a voucher, the owner and /or the prospective tenant can cancel the voucher application at any time. The owner reserves the right to accept a cash offer for the unit if they choose to do so.
