All of our units are available on a " First Come, First Serve Basis," any applications that have been submitted in full will be approved or denied in the order in which they were received.HOW TO APPLY:Please follow the steps below to complete our application process if you wish to move forward. You are not required to fill out an application prior to viewing the unit, nor are you required to fill out an application after you view the unit, only if you wish to move forward.APPLICATION: [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] make sure to save your login information and password when you create your application, as you will need that information to approve the application at the very end. Please make sure to have a credit or debit card available for the $45 application fee, in addition to all of your personal information (birthdate/SS#), your current/past residences, references, pet information, vehicle information, and any dependents you wish to add to your application when you choose to start your application.Income Verification: Ideally, we are looking for the last 3 months of your income earning statements (paystubs) to confirm your average monthly gross (before taxes are deducted) income reaches our minimum requirement requirement. Our rent income ratio is 30%, your monthly rent should not exceed more than 30% of your monthly gross income.Please provide 3 months, minimum, of pay stubs or deposit statements from your current employer along with a government issued photo ID to complete our income verification process. All adults in the tenant group must be prepared to provide a government issued photo ID even if they do not have an income at the time the primary applicant applies.
