LEASE TERMS:

Seeking a 12-month lease term. Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent and due within 24 hours of being approved. All utilities would be the tenant's responsibility, including lawn and snow care. Pets may be accepted based on the owners approval with a $300 non-refundable fee per pet.

No felonies or violence-related criminal convictions
