You and your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath coastal cottage. A quick 5 minute drive gets you to UNCW and downtown Wilmington. Also within a short (10 min) drive is Wrightsville Beach, a great escape for a morning or afternoon of sun, sand and surf.

Renovated in 2021, the home features everything youd hope for modern kitchen, open floor plan, roomy bathrooms, and a fenced in backyard. A main floor primary suite includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, double vanity sinks and separate tub & shower. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs, sharing a full bath with ample counter space.

All utilities (internet, electric, water/sewer) are set up and will be transferred to the tenant. No smoking is allowed inside the house. Pets are acceptable with an agreed-upon pet fee.

We are open to renting the house fully furnished (pictured) or unfurnished.
