Description

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home near Barksdale Air Force Base. Very well maintained. Laminate wood flooring throughout. Open floor plan. Refrigerator, gas range, and dishwasher will remain. Separate utility room with washer and dryer connections. Washer and dryer will also remain, but not guaranteed for replacement. Attached one car garage. Large fully fenced in backyard with storage shed. Covered patio is great for entertaining.

Tenant must carry renters insurance and provide proof of insurance upon occupancy. All properties managed by RE/MAX will require landlord to tenant liability insurance policy of $15.00 a month to be added to monthly rent charge if tenant's policy expires or is not provided.
