An additional $150 fixed cost per month for utilities & other services that inlcude all of the following:

- In-unit Washer/Dyer
- Internet
- Parking ON Premise
- EV charger ON Premise
- Streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney+)
- Twice a month cleaner for the common spaces
- Twice a month gardener
NOTE: we have a new mattress that we are giving away (only used for 5 days out of the box for a guest bedroom), if you need a new mattress
No pets (service animals okay)
Couples welcome (+$200 on rent)
Due at signing is first month's rent + utlities/services (e.g. $1400) and security deposit (e.g. $1400) = $2800
We will also be conducting a background/credit check to be paid for by the tenant = ~$40
