• Have a credit report that shows good financial responsibility.

• Earn $4,785.00 per month.

• Have 2 years of continuous employment with their current employer or show consistent employment in their field with each move being lateral or to better their trade or career.

• Have good references from the previous housing providers.

• Maintain a clean and wholesome home.

• A phone interview and application form will be needed prior to background and credit check to avoid applicants from paying for a fee for background check if not qualified.

Requirements for Move In:

• Comply with the Preferred Applicant requirements listed above.

• First Month’s Rent: $1,595.00 plus the utilities

• Security Deposit of the State’s Legal Limit of 1.5 x’s the Rent: $2,393.00

• Provide proof of Renter’s Insurance

• Provide proof of transferring utilities into your name

• Additional Requirements may apply
