Multiple bedrooms available in a newly renovated house. Ideal for serious students who want to live in an exceptionally built, secure house that is close to campus and offers private parking. Applicants are assessed individually but are encouraged to apply with other applicants they would like to live with. Living / Dining room furniture included.
The house has been completely renovated, it has a kitchen that features brand new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, oven, vented microwave, washer/dryer, and stainless steel refrigerators with ice/water. Forced air heat and AC run throughout the house. The rooms come with off street private parking spots as well as an on-street parking permits that are included in the lease. The house is one block from the UNR campus.
Rent is $825 to $950 depending on room (some have a private bathroom) plus flat rate utilities. Each bedroom is keyed separately with a deadbolt for additional security. Some common area furniture such as couches and coffee tables will also be provided. Utilities consist of one flat rate utility bill paid to the landlord and includes water, electricity, gas, sewer, waste management and lot maintenance. Flat rate utilities eliminate the hassle of having to get utility company accounts set up the in the tenants name. Tenants have access to an online tenant portal where rent can be paid, service requests be submitted and lease documents stored. A deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
