1) Only ONE pet is allowed.
2) Dogs weighing 20 lbs or less must be on a leash at all times and carried in the common areas, including the hallway, elevator, lobby, and garage within the community. Failure to comply may result in a $25 violation fee for not carrying the dogs, necessitating hallway/elevator cleanings, causing nuisance, etc.
3) Guest/visitor dogs are not permitted, except for service dogs.
4) For service dogs, you will need to provide a current physicians certificate within 5 days, confirming the necessity of keeping the dog.
