Insurance Requirement: Liability to Landlord Insurance in the amount of $100,000 is required. FolioGuard Renters Insurance which covers your personal belongings AND the required liability to landlord insurance, or (2.) Just the Liability to Landlord Insurance, which does NOT cover your personal belongings - only accidental tenant damage to the property, for an additional $15.00 a month (no proration).
