8. A Credit Check fee of $35.00 for each applicant. (Non-Refundable)

9. Three (3) years of verifiable rental history.

Rental Income Qualifications are as follows:

1. Combined Applicants Monthly Gross Income must be a minimum of two and a half (2 1/2) times the amount of one month’s rent.

2. Employment: Applicant must be employed in the same line of work for a minimum of 2 years. Must be able to verify.

3. Award letters (i.e. alimony, SSI, child support, new employment offer letter)

4. No collections, Liens, Charge-offs.
