Cost to apply?

Non-Refundable Application Fee: $40 per applicant (Any occupant 18 years or older will be required to have an approved application)

At the end of your application, you'll have the option to pay your $40 application fee by Credit, Debit or e-check. Additionally, you can bring in a money order into our office.

Your application fee must be paid in order for us to process your application. You only need to send in one application, this application can be transferred to other properties we have available.

What happens after I apply?

Normally Applications take 24-48 hours to process. May take longer due to screening process. You will be notified whether you are approved or not. Once approved, we will schedule a time to view the property/properties that you like and qualify for. Please note, not filling out the application in Full or not submitting requested documents will prolong your application process.

To complete your Application, you will need the following:

- Social Security Number

- Driver license / ID Number

- Current Address

- Email & Phone Number

- Rental History

- Employment History

- References

Requirements:

- Income: At least 2.5 times the amount of Rent for Income

- Rental History: No judgment or evictions within the past 3 years, Positive Landlord References Payment History, On-time payment history on any open payment accounts such as car loans, credit cards and utilities.
