• 50% of the units feature a sliding glass door with access to a private fenced in patio;

• On site waste disposal with weekly pickup;

• Due to the quality of construction including state of the art appliances and LED lighting the electrical

bills are very reasonable;

• Rent includes heat, water, sewer, plowing, landscape maintenance, and trash removal;

• The electric hot water (heat pumps), lighting and Spectrum cable TV/Internet is the responsibility of the resident.

One indoor only, cat okay with required pet fee of $300.
