I just acquired possession of this property July 13th 2023 and I have no prior knowledge to any repairs this house may have had done This house is a two bedroom one bath house with a big yard please excuse the mess in the pictures we are in the process of cleaning up the house the house does need a few repairs any repairs that I'm unable to get done before September the 1st will be done after first and last month's rent is paid tenant must be able to keep the house clean the house will be periodically inspected any furniture you see in the pictures that you might want to use while renting this house I will leave with the house but when you move out the furniture has to stay in the house the house does have a fireplace but until I am able to get somebody out there to make sure it is safe to use I'm going to ask that the fireplace not be used the house does have central heat and air and the AC works great
