During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

Lovely 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home with bonus space and garage in the quiet Meadow Wood neighborhood. The main level offers a large primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Upstairs has two spare bedrooms and a full bathroom. The lowest level has great bonus spaces perfect for a home gym, office, or extra storage space. Two-car garage. Pets considered!
