Pet Policy:
Feline friendly (35 lbs and under). Pets must be up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and proof of records required.
Move-In Costs:
First month's rent, security deposit equal to 1.5x rent, $150 non-refundable cleaning fee, $150 one-time administrative fee, and $100 refundable key deposit.
