Move-in Cost:

-$600 Pet deposit ($300.00 refundable and $300.00 non-refundable)
-$35.00 Monthly Pet Rent
-$250.00 Admin/ Holding Fee (Once application has been submitted, please bring in the form of cashier's check or money order ONLY)
